Account Gen - How to Generate Accounts With Multiple Types of IDs in One Step

You can generate accounts with multiple types of IDs in one step. Account gen requires a server, and it can be used for issuing prepaid cards or generating large numbers of accounts. The Account ID and password are generated either sequentially or randomly, which prevents fraudulent activity. The Generator runs offline, and recently generated accounts will not appear on the Account Management page until the process is complete. In most cases, you should generate accounts if you plan on issuing prepaid cards or releasing prepaid cards.

Account Generator uses Oracle Workflow technology to automatically construct Accounting Flexfield combinations. It also uses customized construction criteria to speed data entry. The Account gen replaces Release 10 FlexBuilder, which required users to create their own flexfield combinations.
